Loop Defence Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Loop Defence (“the game”), developed by Game Begins (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. These Terms apply together with the terms of the store you downloaded the game from (Apple App Store or Google Play). 1. Your license

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, sell or rent the game; reverse engineer it; use cheats, bots, automation or modified versions; exploit bugs; or interfere with the game’s servers or other players.

2. Your account and progress

The game creates an account for you automatically and links it to your device. Your progress is backed up online while you are connected.
If you reset or change your device, your progress may not be recoverable. Please keep this in mind before deleting the game.

3. Nicknames and leaderboards

Choose a nickname that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or someone else’s name or trademark.
We may change or remove nicknames and leaderboard entries that break these Terms or appear to come from cheating.

4. Virtual items and purchases

Gold, chests, cards, boosters, unlimited lives and other in-game items are part of your license to play. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by them under their own policies, except where the law gives you other rights.
One-time purchases (Starter Pack, No Ads) can be restored on the same store account with “Restore Purchases” in the game’s Settings.
We may change prices, items, rewards and game balance at any time.

5. Ads

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. “No Ads” removes level-end ads; optional rewarded ads stay available.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

6. Internet connection

The game needs an internet connection. Your mobile operator may charge for data use.

7. Changes to the game

We may update, change, suspend or stop the game or any of its features at any time. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available or free of errors.

8. Intellectual property

The game, including its code, art, sound and text, belongs to Game Begins or its licensors. Apple, App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of their owners.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it; to delete your data, see our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data or virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
